Career Summary
Fr. Francis Mulackal is a religious priests belonging to Missionaries of St. Francis De Sales Congregation since 35 Years.
He has worked in rural and urban communities as a missionary. He has also worked in various capacities as a Director at St. Mary’s Boarding school (Jalna), Teacher and Disciplinarian at St. John’s High School, Nagpur.
He taught poor and under – privileged children at Night school in Nagpur. Thereafter he came to Mumbai at the service of street children at Snehasadan under the guidance of Jesuits father in 1995.
He was appointed as a Assistant Parish Priest at Sacred Heart Church Vashi. He founded Jan Vikas Society in 1996 for serving the Street Children, Rag- Picking Children and Orphan in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. Since then he is involved in the service of underprivileged children and people through the establishment of Mermier Bal Ashram, Koperkhairane, Florin Bal Ashram, Taloja and Day care centres in Navi Mumbai
